1. Service Description

ProcSite is a procurement management platform for construction firms. By using ProcSite, you agree to these terms of service.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others.
• Data entered must be accurate and related to legitimate business operations.
• You must comply with all applicable Indian laws, including GST and TDS regulations.

3. Data Ownership

Your organisation retains ownership of all business data entered into ProcSite. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the service.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

ProcSite is a capture and management tool. Tax calculations, regulatory compliance decisions, and financial filings remain the responsibility of your organisation and its chartered accountant. ProcSite does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.

6. Privacy

Your use of ProcSite is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 90 days, after which it will be deleted.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
